Another great concept we need to understand this rotation of the body and all techniques. We can also do body core contraction in relation to rotation. As we moved from one side of the body to the other, we should be breathing in and then do the contraction at the end of the rotation.

In the following video, during the process I had problems with my knee and I’m not trying to hide anything. We can understand how to understand when there’s a problem and how to solve it. I have difficulties with my knees and in the middle of the video it started bothering me. I took the time to sit down and type talk about this. I did a little stretching to relax the knee and got back to a new video.
